Ongoing support
Monthly cover so someone who knows your setup is already on it when something breaks: the IT Support Retainer (£50/mo) and SEO Ongoing Optimisation (£150/mo).
Questions
When am I charged? Monthly plans are taken on the same date each month, starting the day your service goes live. You will always get a receipt by email.
Can I cancel? Yes, from your account, any time. You keep the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What if a payment fails? We will email you straight away with a link to update your card, and try again a few days later. Nothing is switched off without us talking to you first.
Where do my card details go? Straight from your browser to Stripe, who handle the payment. They are never stored on our servers.
I need something not listed here. Most of what we do is quoted per job — websites, web apps, SEO audits and one-off support — and we will price it properly.
