Each SmoothByte IT auction is conducted under the terms announced with that sale. By registering to bid you accept those terms together with the conditions below.
Buyer’s premium
Any buyer’s premium, and whether VAT applies to it, is stated in the terms published with each sale.
Payments
Card payments go straight from your browser to Stripe, who handle the payment; card details are never stored on our servers. You will always get a receipt by email, and all invoices are available in your account, along with what you have paid and anything outstanding. You can download a PDF of any invoice.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will email you straight away with a link to update your card, and try again a few days later.
